In some of the world’s most vulnerable communities, families face daily challenges to meet their most basic needs — food, income, and stability.
This is where Concern Worldwide comes in.
Maria* lives in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where conflict and poverty have made it difficult for families like hers to earn a living. But through Concern Worldwide’s Livelihood Program, Maria received training in agriculture and business skills, mentoring support, and access to financial services.
Today, she’s able to grow fresh, green vegetables to feed her children and sell the surplus at the local market— providing her family with both nourishment and income. With your support, we can help more women like Maria turn hardship into hope — building sustainable livelihoods and brighter futures for their families.
